MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

A Healer's Certification is required in some states in order to perform and charge for healing work - even for an Ordained Minister. When requested, we will supply a separate Healer's card (to those who have passed this certification) at a charge of $25 for Ordained Ministers. Healers at all levels below Ordained Minister are required to maintain separate certification.

Please make your selection from the lists posted of the item you would like to donate. You can bring in the item or donate money to cover the cost of the item. Deliver the item to the WELCOME CENTER.

The Western Hotel is open all year and offers private baths in all rooms except the dorm facilities.
