Labyrinth walking is an age-old practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation, prayer, and meditation.  This session will take place at Camp's Labyrinth on Parkview Drive.  In the case of inclement weather, the Labyrinth Meditation will be cancelled and a Sound Tunnel Meditation will take place in the Maxon instead.

4:00PM - 4:45PM = Working with Breath in Meditation in the Chapel with Rev. Michael Schlotterbeck

The breath has long been a vital tool in many forms of meditation.  In this session, we will explore different types of breath-focused meditation.

6:30PM - 8:30PM = Singing Bowl and Drumming Meditation with Rev. Michelle Oyler, Laura Stack and Lora Dingledine in the Maxon

Our final mediation will be a Singing Bowl and Drumming Meditation. Quartz crystal bowls are an effective tool to balance our physical energies and chakras. Drumming is an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote healing and self-expression. Drumming will help us free our minds and lift into our higher consciousness. Combining these two will bring about healing and will allow us to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
