Description: Through the mediumship of Lizzie and May Bangs, this portrait of Ethel Helderle of Peru, Indiana, was precipitated in the presence of her parents, David and Rose Helderle, and and old friend, Emil Schram. Ethel is wearing her graduation dress. When the portrait was finished, her father asked her why she was not wearing his graduation gift to her (a necklace), and the necklace then instantly appeared according to witnesses present.
